Drivers wanting to make the DOT certification easier should review questions listed here of any illness that relates to their medical history.  We have provided this information to assist you in knowing what requirements you will need to meet and what information and tests that are needed when you arrive for your medical examination.  The test results and letters from your Primary Care Provider must be attached to your examination form to allow certification under the regulations of the Federal Motor Carriers Association Department Of Transportation "Fitness For Duty" certification.
